About Clayful

Primary care clinics deserve tools that work as hard as they do.

Clayful builds referral automation for practices that need every authorization, patient update, specialist handoff, and consult note to be visible and accountable.

Our mission

Close the loop for every patient, every time.

Gaps in care should never happen. Referrals are a critical part of healthcare, yet too often patients fall through the cracks and miss the care they need.

Referral processes rely on fragmented systems and heavy administrative work. Staff manually coordinate every step, creating delays, bottlenecks, and overwhelmed operations. Modern AI can reduce that burden.

Clayful is building toward a world where patients receive timely, effective care without friction, staff can focus on assisting patients rather than filling out forms, and providers have full visibility into each patient's care journey.
