Clayful Inc. provides referral operations software for healthcare organizations. This policy describes how information may be collected, used, and protected when organizations evaluate or use Clayful services.

Information we process

Clayful may process contact information, organization details, referral workflow information, patient communication records, referral status, payer and specialist routing details, documents, and support requests when those items are needed to provide the service.

How information is used

Information is used to configure referral workflows, operate patient and staff communications, support authorization and follow-up tasks, maintain records of actions taken, respond to inquiries, improve service reliability, and meet contractual obligations.

Healthcare information

When Clayful processes healthcare information for a customer, that processing should be governed by the customer's agreement, applicable privacy obligations, and any required business associate terms.

Sharing

Clayful does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorized service providers, integration partners approved for a deployment, or parties required to support the referral workflow under the customer's instructions.

Retention

Information is retained according to customer configuration, contract terms, legal obligations, and operational needs. Customers may request deletion or export according to their agreement.
