Use of services
Clayful Inc. provides software and related services for referral operations. Customers are responsible for using the service according to their agreements, approved workflows, and applicable laws.
Authorized users
Customers must ensure that only authorized personnel access administrative tools, referral records, patient communications, and integration settings.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of workflow rules, routing instructions, approved message content, user permissions, and information supplied to Clayful for configuration or operation.
Patient communications
Clayful may support calls, messages, reminders, and status updates under customer instructions. Customers are responsible for consent, notice, opt-out handling, and channel rules required for their operations.
SMS notifications
Clayful may send patients notifications of messages or updates from their health provider. Patients can cancel SMS service at any time by texting "STOP." After a patient sends "STOP," Clayful may send a confirmation that the patient has been unsubscribed. After this, the patient will no longer receive SMS messages unless they contact their health provider to join again.
Service limitations
Clayful supports administrative referral workflows and does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, and urgent patient needs must be handled by qualified healthcare professionals.
Availability and changes
Clayful may update services to improve reliability, security, performance, or workflow coverage. Material terms are governed by the applicable customer agreement.
